BeliEVErs, as we enter into the Holiday season, let’s be sure not to forget those less fortunate than ourselves. Today I donated to the “Education for Rural Amazon Communities” fundraiser, and I encourage you to do the same! Education and conservation go hand in hand, and by improving education opportunities for rural communities, we can provide the chance for the Amazonian people to develop alternatives for their own sustainable future, and the protection of their land. Education is something that is so important, and I think it’s sometimes taken for granted. I’ve been blessed with an incredible education, and here in the US the resources are made available to us, but for others in rural communities the same cannot be said. My brother Phil, is out in the Amazon at this very moment, working in these communities and is leading this fundraiser with the goal of raising money to go directly into providing environmental education supplies for the local Amazonian schools.

As an added incentive, I’m going to send a signed 8 x 10 picture (see picture), to anyone who donates over $20 to this wonderful cause between now and November 22nd. (For more information on how to receive your signed photo, see below)
