BeliEVErs, in honor of Veterans Day (which we celebrated this past Friday), Kelly Kelly, Alicia Fox, and myself partnered with the incredible team of Mission Serve from Service Nation, to honor and give back to the brave service men and women of the National Guard. We put together care packages (which included basics such soap, toiletries, warm clothing, wash cloths etc) which we then distributed to Veterans who have fought for our country overseas, and who now, back in the US are having a tough time finding work. I feel so honored to have had to opportunity to meet and speak to these men and women who have risked their lives to protect our country and our freedom, and I cannot stress enough the importance of giving back. Giving back is something we can all do, and initiatives such as Mission Serve “the ServiceNation’s civilian-military initiative, connecting the civilian and military communities through service and volunteer partnerships” are resources that can help us get involved.
